Application Process:

  • Application fee is $30.00 per application
        APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE


  • Please fill out the application completely; this will make the application process quicker and easier. You must
        include all phone numbers for employers and landlords. All applications must have social security numbers
        and signatures of all applicants.


  • When Application is Approved:
     
  • The required deposit(s) must be paid in order to hold property.  If you change your mind within 24 hours your
        security deposit will be refunded.
     
  • The lease must be signed by approved applicant(s).  You must make an appointment to sign a lease prior to
         move-in.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

    *THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY WILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE LEASE IS SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES AND ALL DEPOSITS, FEES, AND RENT ARE PAID IN FULL.
     
  • Upon move-in you will receive a Move-In Condition Form.  This form must be completed and returned to our
        office within 5 Days.
     
  • Please treat the home as if it was your own.  If there is a maintenance issue, please contact our office to report
        the issue.  We will complete a work order and get our vendors out as quickly as possible to address the issue.
     
  • Please be courteous to your neighbors and make sure to keep your home and yard clean and free of weeds
        and debris.  Please make sure to keep all sources of noise to a minimum.
     
  • At the end of your lease, if you decide not to renew, you are required to give our office 30 days written notice.
        Move out instructions and procedures are available at our office.
